Renovation of a multi-residential development in Indianapolis, Indiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
Pre-Bid Information NONE Bids received after stated time maybe rejected. Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any bid or waive any informality or error in bidding for a period of 60 days from bid opening date. Bids shall be executed on Proposal Form included in the Project Manual. 1. Bids shall be accompanied by AIA Document A305 Contractor's Qualification statement. 2. Bids shall be accompanied by Contractor's Financial Statement specific enough and in such detail so that the Owner can make a proper determination of the Bidder's capability for completing the Project if awarded. 3. Bids shall be accompanied by Bid Security in the amount of 5% of the total bid price and made payable to the Owner. B. Should Bidder withdraw his bid within 60 days from bid opening date without written consent of the Owner, or fail to execute a satisfactory contract with the Owner, the Owner may declare the bid security forfeited as liquidated damages. C. Prior to execution of the Contract, Bidder shall furnish Performance Bond and Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of the Contract Sum. Bonds shall remain in full force and effect for 12 months from date of acceptance of the work. Bidders shall state completion time along with their bid. Commence Work within 48 hours after signing contract or receiving a notice to proceed, and complete Work ready for substantial completion no later than October 30th, 2024. Utilization Goals for this project are as follows: 1. 15% MBE and minority work force utilization participation, as certified by the City; 2. 8% WBE and female work force utilization participation, as certified by the City; 3. 3% VBE and veteran work force utilization participation, as certified by the City; 4. 1% DOBE and disabled work force utilization participation, as certified by the City
