The BDR-3-24 project is located along the West Virginia Turnpike at I-77 Mileposts 83.31 and 83.43. It consists of fully replacing the northbound and southbound bridge decks over Cabin Creek Road (County Route 79/3), Cabin Creek, and CSX Railroad, with precast deck panels and barriers utilizing accelerated bridge construction. All bridge decks shall be replaced during the designated ABC timeframe. Contractor to pay special attention to the recent changes in the construction details when compared to previous contracts.
