Renovation of a multi-residential development in Greenwich, Connecticut. Completed plans call for the renovation of a three-story above grade, 54-unit multi-residential development.
Alterations & Improvements The Housing Authority of the Town of Greenwich dba Greenwich Communities (HATG) is looking for firms to submit a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for full gut renovation and exterior upgrade of two, three-story apartment family style buildings, with a total of 54 units, in Greenwich, Connecticut. The hired firm will provide for all aspects of a complete job. 5% Bid Bond is required. 100% Performance and Material Bonds will be required. No bid shall be withdrawn for (90) days. Question Deadline Jan 30, 2024 This project consists of the gut renovation and exterior upgrade of two, three story family style buildings, 54 units. The current exterior balconies will be enclosed to capture more space for the new apartments. Each apartment will be either a two or three-bedroom unit. New electrical, plumbing and mechanical are included in the project and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents.
