Contractor is to renovate the existing exterior Kindergarten brick patio (approx. 1,300 SF) at the above School, work includes constructing a new ramp to grade with ADA accessibility to/from the patio. Renovations work includes salvaging brick, and replacing the setting bed, while reconstructing the exterior brick walls and related details all as depicted within the construction documents. Site work and site related work is also included. You are invited to submit a bid for JC Elementary School ADA Accessible Ramp & Kindergarten Patio Renovation. Bidders are urged to read all documents carefully and fill out all information requested. Bids which are incomplete, obscure, or conditional, and which contain irregularities of any kind, will be subject to rejection for failure to comply strictly with these conditions. Greenwich Public Schools reserves the right to reject any and all responses not deemed to be in the best interest of the Town of Greenwich.
