The Town of Greenwich Purchasing Department, on behalf of the Marine Division of the Department of Parks and Recreation, is soliciting proposals for Marine Consulting and Engineering Services. The intention of this Request for Proposal is to establish a Service Agreement with one (1) or more consultants who will, upon request, provide the Town with the services described in this Request for Proposal. There is no guarantee as to the amount of services that the Town may engage during the term of the service agreement. At the request of the Town, the consultant shall provide quotations for required services, based on the prices provided on the Reply Sheets. DURATION OF PROPOSAL The proposal will remain in effect for a minimum of ninety (90) calendar days from the deadline for submission of the proposal or until it is formally withdrawn, a contract is executed, this RFP is canceled, whichever occurs first. The Service Agreement Contract will have an initial term of one (1) year. In addition, there will be four (4) optional years that may be engaged through the mutual consent of both parties on an annual basis. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
