Reference Number 0000261387 Deadline to Submit Questions January 11, 2024 at 4:00pm Metrolinx requires qualified Contractors with the necessary experience, qualifications, and resources to perform railway signal work within the Metrolinx-owned Railway Right-of-Ways on an as required basis. This Policy and any direction, including Standards or Procedures implemented pursuant to this Policy applies to all Metrolinx employees, and may apply to any of following: Contractors, Visitors and/or customers or members of the public who enter a Metrolinx Premises, as defined in this Policy. For clarity, this Policy does not apply to external construction contractors at construction sites where Metrolinx is not the Constructo The contemplated Work can vary in terms of scope and complexity. The successfully prequalified Contractors shall be prequalified for work related to railway signal systems and all related components as either new installations or as upgrades to existing signal systems and other related work. Your Submission for this opportunity must be sent to Metrolinx through the use of MetrolinxMERX EBS. Proponents shall be solely responsible for the delivery of their Submission using MetrolinxMERX EBS by the Closing, in accordance with the Instructions. Metrolinx reserves the right to reject any or all Submissions at its sole discretion.
