Description Project requires the use of prevailing wage rates and is sales tax exempt. Scope includes selective demolition, new interior walls, doors, finishes, casework, ceilings, fire protection modification, HVAC, Electrical, and Data/Technology. Scope of Work: Work area: 6,836 SF. Occupant load for work area: 342 Partial demolition of existing offices & open work area to accommodate New conference room & a training room. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the following: 1. Demolish (3) non-structural walls 2. Construct and finish (12) new non-structural walls 3. Relocate existing light fixture(s) and ceiling speaker(s) as needed 4. Relocate / add existing HVAC devices (return and supply) as needed 5. Partially demolish existing ceiling & install new 6. Reuse existing ceiling tiles 7. Fire suppression: reconfigure / modify existing as needed. Contractor to establish fire suppression scope of work & provide Necessary permits. 8. Emergency lighting: reconfigure / modify existing as needed 9. No plumbing work 10. Owner to relocate existing floor boxes 11.
