All work is to be complete by November 2024 The City may cancel the IFB, reject any or all bids in whole or in part, waive technicalities, and/or advertise for new bids, without liability to the City and when in the best interest of the City. The City shall have 180 calendar days from the date of the bid opening to provide the bidder a Notice of Award. During this 180 period, the bidder agrees to hold their bid prices.
