Site work and new construction of a fire / police facility in Terrace, British Columbia. Design plans call for the construction of a one-story above grade fire / police facility.
Design and construction services for Fire Hall #2 and #4. The fire hall #2 will be constructed on the Crown land near water lily bay road and Highway 37south. Fire hall #4 will be near the Kalum Lake Road (Nisgaa Hwy/ Hwy 113) and Ted Hamer Road. RFP Number: 2023-ES-02. TIMELINE: Project is on hold; Owner is seeking the site for the project. Design is preliminary. Detailed Engineering Design and ready for construction tender timelines to be finalized. Further update in late 2025, upon approvals. *The approximate building budget for each fire hall is $400,000.
