Two lane bypass road connecting Neubacher Way and Bristol Road located at the Northwest Regional Airport. NWRA is planning the installation of a new roadway to bypass the North side of the current long-term parking area, connecting Neubacher road to Bristol Road. The proposed bypass road area is second growth standing timber, standing on mostly clean free draining gravel. The area will need to be cleared in preparation of new roadway with a cleared right-of-way. The existing short term parking lot will be expanded (see appendix 6.1) New Street lighting design will be required. TIMELINE: Request for proposals for a complete engineered design services is closed. Preferred proponent is unreleased. NWRA's expectation is a completed detailed design, including tender ready documentation. Further update in late summer 2026, upon approvals.
