Project One Roof Work at Paul Harding JR High School and Southwick Elementary School Project Two Roof Work at New Haven Primary School and Woodan JR/SR High School Said bid proposal shall include all labor, material and services necessary to complete the above project(s) in strict accordance with the drawings and specifications as prepared by Etica Group, Inc. Bids for each of the two projects are to be received by a single prime contractor. Note: Contractor may bid on any one of the two projects individually. It will not be necessary to bid both projects. Bidders are to include with their sealed bid, a bid deposit of 5% of the total bid in the form of a bank draft, certified check, money order or bid bond Bids received after the published time will be returned unopened In the event any bidder withdraws their bid or fails to execute a contract and/or furnish all required bonds within ten (10) days after award of contract or contracts to the successful bidder by East Allen County Schools, East Allen County Schools may declare the successful bidder's bid deposit forfeited to East Allen County Schools as liquidated damages.
