As of February 21, 2024 this project was awarded to John R. Jurgensen with the awarded amount of $360,388.73 Engineers Estimate - $431.047.76 This project consists of the milling and resurfacing of North Elm Street, replacing the striping, and installing sharrows through the corridor for a length of 0.38 miles between W. Main Street and the Morgan Ditch Bridge. All Contractors and Subcontractors involved with the project will, to the extent practical, use Ohio products, materials, services, and labor in the implementation of this project. A bid guaranty as follows is required to accompany each proposal as a guarantee that if the proposal is accepted a contract will be entered into: A bid bond in the amount of 100% of the bid amount, payable to the City of Troy, Ohio, or A certified check, a cashiers' check, an Official Bank Check, or a letter of credit in the amount of 10% of the bid amount, payable to the City of Troy, Ohio. The City of Troy reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any irregularities in the bids when to the advantage of the City and to select the best and lowest bid submitted. The City of Troy, Ohio is in compliance with ADA.
