Site work and renovation of an educational facility in Afton, Iowa. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 12,200-square-foot educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
Renovation of a 12,200 SF existing nursing home into a new Early Childcare Center. The scope of work will include light repartitioning, mechanical upgrades, plumbing upgrades, electrical upgrades, new finishes, and light exterior work to create new playground areas outside of the future classrooms. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of 5% in the form of a bid bond, cashier's check, or certified check in the same amount. The right to reject any or all bids and to waive and irregularities is reserved by the East Union Community School District Board of Education. Dated in Afton, Iowa this 18 th day of December, 2023.
