Renovation of an elderly care / assisted living facility in St David Ridge, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for the renovation of a elderly care / assisted living facility.

The work under this Contract includes, but is not limited to the following: .1 New emergency diesel generator and automatic transfer switch. .2 New padmount utility transformer. .3 New service entrance and connection to existing electrical distribution. .4 New 2-hour fire rated room for new service equipment and transfer switch. .5 Installation of infection control barriers where required for completion of work.
