SUMMARY OF WORK The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the repairs to the existing slate shingle roofing system. The scope of work also includes, but is not limited to, the complete replacement of a modified bituminous roofing system at two (2) roof areas and the installation of two (2) new roof access ladders.
