Questions regarding these documents may be directed to the representative of the St. Paul PHA and will be answered in the form of an Addendum to be issued by the PHA, if necessary, and if received at least 10 days before bid opening We recently performed a geotechnical exploration program in accordance with our proposal dated May 25, 2023, and your subsequent authorization to proceed. The scope of our work for the project was as follows: Arrange to have buried public utilities marked through the Gopher-State-One-Call system. On site private utilities were located by our quality approved subcontractor Private Underground. Explore the subsurface conditions by drilling twelve (12) Standard Penetration Test (SPT) soil borings each to a unit depth of approximately 30 or to auger refusal upon bedrock/obstruction if occurring at a shallower depth (360 total lineal feet of drilling) using a truck-mounted drill rig at the proposed drilling locations. Boring B2 encountered an obstruction and terminated at a depth of 16 The actual boring locations as drilled are shown on the boring location plan attached to this report. Addendum #1-#3 have been issued as of 2-1-2024.
