The City of Norwood is accepting sealed proposals for service providers to operate the J.B. Wirth Memorial Swimming Pool for the 2024-2026 pool seasons. Norwood may extend the term for up to 2 one-year options if Norwood and the successful bidder reach mutual terms of agreement to extend. Service providers shall submit the documentation for services as per the Request for Proposals document on file with the City of Norwood The City of Norwood reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids All inquiries concerning this RFP, the facilities involved, or the specifications should be submitted to: Michael Gabbard 2039 Sherman Avenue Norwood, OH 45212 Email: mgabbard@norwoodohio.gov Inquiries should refer to specific section numbers and paragraphs of this RFP. Any questions which arise prior to the Bidder's Conference and Tour shall be addressed in writing under this section. All inquiries shall be made not later than three (3) days before the bid opening date. A Bidder's questions and the answers to the questions will be communicated to all Bidders requesting this RFP via a written addendum. In the event that Operator breaches this agreement the amount of three hundred dollars ($300.00) shall be assessed against the operator for each day that the pool is not available for use by the City of Norwood or persons permitted by the City of Norwood to use the pool
