Feather River Recreation & Park District is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors to provide repair services for the entrance gate at Riverbend Park, which has sustained damage due to a hit and run incident. This repair project is intended to be covered by our insurance, and contractors are invited to submit proposals for the necessary repairs. Project Scope: The scope of work includes, but is not limited to: - Assessment of the damage to the entrance gate caused by the hit and run incident. - Detailed documentation and photographic evidence of the damage for insurance purposes. - Repair or replacement of damaged components, including hinges, locks, and other hardware. - Evaluation of the gate automation system (if applicable) to ensure proper functionality. - Coordination with insurance adjusters as needed. - Providing a detailed estimate of repair costs for insurance claim submission.
