Renovation of a municipal facility in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Eau Claire County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive technicalities in any bid or part thereof deemed to be in the best interest of Eau Claire County The work primarily consists of replacing door hardware, installing card access on ten (10) courtroom doors, and integrating the new hardware into the existing Lenel card access system. Six (6) of the door will received a new classroom function lock with electric strike and care reader. The other four(4) door will receive a delayed egress maglock and card reader. All electrified hardware and card readers shall be wired to a new panel in Control Room 2450A near Lobby 2245, see plans for location.
