As of March 2024, plans are under review with the Clarke County Unified Government A design/builder has been selected. Work will be completed in the summer. The Clarke County School District is inviting proposals for Design Build Services for HT Edwards Career Academy Biomanufacturing Lab. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all submittals and to waive technicalities and informalities. The contract, if awarded, will be on the basis stated in the Request for Proposal and Bid Specifications. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days.
