Renovation of a mixed-use development in Winston Salem, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
UNC School of the Arts (UNCSA) is accepting proposals for a Construction Manager at Risk for the Stevens Center Renovations Phase 2. This project is for a comprehensive renovation to the historic Stevens Center Performing Arts Center in downtown Winston-Salem. The work will include transformation of the audience chamber, renovation of the stage, back of house improvements, complete upgrade to the MEP systems, renovation of the event space on 10th floor, enhanced IT technology and addressing accessibility. -The scope of the project will renovate the historic Stevens Center Performing Arts Center in downtown Winston-Salem as Phase 2 work.
