Renovation of a mixed-use development in Winston Salem, North Carolina. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
As of September 20, 2024, this project is in the planning stage and construction is expected for Fall of 2025. One-Two Sentences UNC School of the Arts (UNCSA) requires capital project management and owner's representative advisory services for Phase 2 renovations of the historic Stevens Center performing arts venue in downtown Winston-Salem, NC. Design for the second phase of work is scheduled to begin in the first half of 2024. In order to offer architectural or engineering services in response to this solicitation, the proposer must be licensed in the State of North Carolina. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
