Ideally, the document will satisfy the requirements of Clean Water Act (CWA) permits including California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) 1602 Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement, US Army Corps of Engineers section 404 permit, and the Regional Water Quality Control Board section 401 Water Quality Certification / Porte Cologne Waste Discharge Requirements (WDR) permit.
