Renovation of a mixed-use development in Palm Desert, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a laboratory facility.
Renovation of simulation labs to create additional labs and control rooms along with associated AV, Data, and Security Question Deadline 03/08/2024 idders may submit pre-bid inquiries or clarification requests. Bidders are solely and exclusively responsible for submitting such inquiries or clarification requests not less than SEVEN (7) prior to the scheduled closing date for the receipt of Bid Proposals. Minor ceiling revisions utilizing existing suspended acoustic ceiling tile system. g. Relocate existing lights as required/replace ceiling tiles to match existing. h. New floor and wall finishes
