Bid Valid 60 Days After Bid Opening Liquidated Damages $2,000/Day Estimated Bid Value $850,000 - $950,000 Online Q&A Yes Q&A Deadline 01/31/2024 4:00 PM (PST) Bidders must submit any questions or requests for clarification through Planet Bids by selecting the Q&A Online. This project involves the rehabilitation of an existing parking lot, including demolition, saw cutting asphalt concrete pavement, clearing and grubbing, removal of asphalt concrete pavement, base, and underlying material, subgrade preparation and placing, installing and grading Class II aggregate base materials, installing asphalt concrete paving, installing curbs and gutters, installing pavement markings and striping, installing gate detection loops, installing new parking wheel stop blocks, installing rubber speed humps, and performing all necessary pavement operations/improvements and associated work per Plans and Specifications. Other Details Potential bidders must be able to comply with the Installation Floater/Builders Risk insurance requirements described in Section 5 of the General Conditions. The successful bidder shall provide Installation Floater Insurance, including Flood and Earthquake, for the full amount of the contract. The successful bidder has fifteen (15) days following receipt of the Notice of Award to provide insurance documents. The number of days beyond the original fifteen (15) days it takes to receive this will be deducted from the Contract Times. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
