Work Description: City Project No. 4022-4001 the Work Includes the Construction of Approximately: 25 Lf 15" Pvc Pipe Sewer 1 Ea 48" Stormgate Diversion Manhole 1 Ea Stormfilter Vault And Cartridges 60 Lf 6" C-900 Pvc Pipe Sewers 1 Ea Remove and Replace Existing Oregon Manhole W/ 72" Storm Manhole 435 Lf Install 12" Pvc Forcemain 2 Ea Install Gate Valve 415 Sf Concrete Sidewalk And Apron 270 Lf Concrete Curb and Gutter (Match Existing) in Addition to Mobilization, Erosion Control, Traffic Control, and Site Restoration.
