Iowa State University of Science and Technology (ISU) is soliciting information from qualified contractors to provide annual inspections on 16 emergency generators located in various buildings on the ISU Campus for the Department of Residence (DoR) Department. Contractors should read all materials carefully and note the due date. Contractors must submit all questions in the "Questions" tab related to this bid opportunity. ISU reserves the right to award or not award this bid as best suites the needs of the Univesity. Contract Term: The contract shall begin on February 1, 2024 and extend through January 31, 2029. Pricing must be firm through January 31, 2027. During the last 2 year of the contract (Feb 2027- Jan 2028 & Feb 2028- Jan 2029 , Contractor may propose a price increase once during each of the two 1 year periods and the increase will not exceed the escalation percentage provided on Attributes Tab. Per Bid Notes : We will be visiting all the locations during site visit and there will be some walking around buildings/campus so please dress accordingly and plan your schedule accordingly. Pre-bid meeting information: location: Meeting will start in Room 1155 Administrative Services Building (ASB), 2221 Wanda Daley Dr., Ames, IA 50010.
