Renovation of a service station / car wash facility in Ames, Iowa. Completed plans call for the renovation of a service station / car wash facility.
Question Cuttoff Date & Time 4/14/2024 11:00:00 PM (ET) The Iowa Department of Transportation is seeking bids for; Hoist Electric Replacement at the Iowa DOT's Ames Repair Shop located at 800 Lincoln Way, Ames, IA 50010. Scope: Remove existing rail system, approx. 80 LF and 2) 21 foot wide bridges for two 3-ton hoists. Furnish and install parts needed to new festooning track for the total runway and each bridge. Use existing power for both bridges. Contractor to provide all equipment and lifts needed to complete work. DOT electricians to connect power ends. Work to be done M - F 7:00 - 4:30 and coordinated with DOT. Provide submittal for equipment to be installed.
