Renovation of a parking garage in Ames, Iowa. Completed plans call for the renovation of a parking garage.
Question Cuttoff Date & Time 2/4/2024 11:00:00 PM (ET)\ The Iowa DOT is looking for competitive bids for the removal of an existing chair lift platform and replacing it with a new inclined lift for a turning stairwell at the Ames Maintenance Garage as per the attached specifications. Iowa DOT will keep and use the existing rails and motor controls. Work to be done M-F 7:00 am - 3:30 pm CST. Location: 57073 US Hwy 30 Ames, IA 50010 Contractor must train IDOT personnel on operation of the lift system. Required 1 year construction warranty and 2 year manufacturer warranty.
