Remodeling of an educational facility in Ames, Iowa. Completed plans call for the remodel of a educational facility.
Final Completion: April 30, 2024 Cost Estimate: $93,950 TSB goal: 10% Scope of Work. This project will remodel existing office space. Architectural work includes removal of carpet tile, construction of partition walls, installation of door and window frames and doors, safety glass, carpet tile, wall base, mini-blinds, escutcheon plates, shelving, and paint. Electrical work includes removal of audiovisual equipment and old lights, installation of new LED lights, occupancy switching with dimming, installation of new power, data, etc., as needed to furniture in Room 2119. In Room 2117, electrical work includes installation of new power, data, etc., as needed to furniture. Furniture scope includes provide office furniture (desks, task seating, storage, guest seating, & lounge chairs) in Rooms 2117, 2119, 2119A, & 2119B per approved drawings. Refer to the Drawings and Technical Specifications for complete scope of Work. Project Location. Iowa State University Campus: 1800 Jack Trice Way, Ames, IA, 50011 2) Project Milestones Schedule. The milestone dates specified are for specific items critical to maintaining the project schedule. These milestone dates shall be incorporated in the Contractor's coordination and planning.
