Site work and new construction of a pre-engineered storage facility in Coeburn, Virginia. Working plans call for the construction of a 256-square-foot, one-story above grade pre-engineered storage facility; and for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility.
The Southwest Regional Recreation Authority ("SRRA") is seeking proposals from qualified applicants for a 16'x16' prefabricated building to serve as a first aid station for our outdoor shooting range (Dixon Shooting Range). This building will act as a triage station for any necessary medical purposes (if any) that occur on our shooting range and to also help local medical teams in these types of situations SRRA wantsto proceed with the purchase of a prefabricated building meeting the following requirements: o 16'x16' Building (Wooden) o Metal Roof with 1/2 " plywood under. o 4 -24"x24" Double Pane windows, 2 in front and 2 on each side of the building o Must have at least a 36" outswing steel door that is wheelchair accessible. o 8 Ft Ceilings w/ storage above o 2'x4' Walls o Floor Joist 16" apart with 3/4 " Plywood Flooring (prefer Advantec) o T111 Primed 8" on Center Siding 4.1 Requirements: o Consistently responsive: desktop design, then mobile design o Modern best practices and simple, maintainable markup and CSS o Performance must be as good as or better than the currentsite. o Willingness to work in the open: to publish and explain your work as it is completed in phases and collect and accept feedback. o Testing throughout the process
