Renovation of a municipal facility in Plaquemine, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The successful Bidder is allowed One Hundred (100) calendar days to complete the Project from the commencement date stated in the Agreement or a Notice to Proceed. Liquidated damages will be assessed at $500 for each consecutive calendar day for which the work is not substantially complete and $500 for each consecutive calendar day beginning the 46th day after the date of Substantial Completion for which all of the work listed on the punch list is not complete. Bidders must meet the requirements of the State of Louisiana Contractors Licensing Law, R. S. 37:2151 et seq. Owner and to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive technicalities and informalities.
