Construction is expected to start in the second quarter of 2026. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: Provide design services, bid documents, estimated construction cost, and project management for the project to rehabilitate Ritz Theatre Center. Providing all drawings and specifications needed to complete outlined renovations and all necessary design and management services The City of Albany reserves the right to reject any and all responses and to waive technicalities as deemed to be in the best interest of the City. The City of Albany reserves the right to request additional information from a respondent(s) as deemed necessary to analyze responses.
