Scope of Work The proposed project will add safety illumination and raised profile reflective pavement markings. Following Substantial Completion, the Contractor shall proceed expeditiously with adequate forces and shall achieve Final Completion within the time specified in the Special Conditions The Owner reserves the right to cancel the award of any Contract before Contract execution with no compensation due when the cancellation is in the best interest of the Owner. The Owner will return the proposal guaranty to the Contractor.
