The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit qualified and interested firms to submit proposals for providing Professional Engineering Services - Utilities Wastewater and Water construction projects, engineering studies and reports. Projects to be assigned under the resulting contracts include new wastewater and water lines, rehabilitation of existing lines, new wastewater and water pump stations, rehabilitation of existing stations, new water storage tanks, rehabilitation of existing tanks, wastewater and treatment plant work, treatment process design, facilities planning, hydraulic analysis and modeling. To facilitate its needs, the City desires to establish a contract under which individual projects can be assigned on an as needed basis. The City reserves the right to award to multiple firms. 1.The initial term contract period will be for one year from the date of award. All orders and related documents shall survive the period of performance stated in this section until such time as all Orders (executed prior to the expiration of the date of the Contract) have been completely performed or services delivered.
