This is the City's solicitation process to acquire Design-Build services for a Design-Build project to Design and Construction for approximately 7,850 linear feet (LF) of 8-inch and 12-inch Water Mains to replace existing Asbestos Cement Pipe (ACP) Water Mains and 1,000 LF of 8-inch new Water Mains; approximately 2,650 LF of 8-inch Sewer Mains to replace existing ACP and PVC Sewer Mains, 450 LF of 8-inch new sewer mains, 7,050 LF of rehabilitation of existing 6-inch and 8-inch Vitrified Clay (VC) Sewer Mains; approximately 59 dual Curb Ramps, 19 single Curb Ramps, and 1.30 miles of AC overlay resurfacing.
