Renovation of a mixed-use development in Gainesville, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a laboratory facility.

The magnitude of construction project is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00 pursuant to FAR 36.204(e). This project will provide design and construction services for the Repair CLC Walkway and Stairs at the Malcom Randall VAMC, Gainesville, FL. All work is to be completed within the requirements. Question Deadline 12/23/2023 at 3:30 PM ET This solicitation will be evaluated on a Tradeoff basis. As stated elsewhere in this solicitation, this procurement is a Two-Phase Design-Build IAW FAR 36.3. The Malcom Randall VAMC is a smoke free facility. ___________________________________________________________________________________________________ REQUESTS FOR INFORMATION: Requests for Information (RFIs) shall be submitted in writing (only) by the Prime Contractor (SDVOSB) to the Contracting Officer's email at calixte.saintil@va.gov. No telephone RFIs/Questions will be accepted. The cutoff for submission of RFIs for PHASE ONE (if any) is: 12/23/2023 @ 3:30PM (AST). Responses will be provided in a Question & Answer format to all offerors via Standard Form (SF) 30 Amendment to the Solicitation. RFI received after due date will only be answered if in the judgement of the CO impacts the project/solicitation. Contract Period: Base POP Begin: 04-19-2024 POP End: 10-16-2025 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
