The County of Volusia, Facilities is seeking a single, responsive and responsible bidder for the construction of Volusia Sheriff Family Resource Center Septic to Sewer Upgrade located at 3747 W. International Speedway Blvd., Daytona Beach, FL 32124. The lowest responsive and responsible bidder shall be responsible for all applicable permitting, labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, services, and incidentals necessary to complete all Work required by the specifications and as shown on the drawings. Term: Total contract time: 120 Days Question Submission Deadline January 25, 2024, 11:59pm A Bid bond shall accompany each Bid in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the Bid amount separate performance and payment bonds on the prescribed forms, each in an amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract price of the accepted Bid proposal as security for the faithful performance of his Contract and for the payment of all persons performing labor or furnishing materials in connection therewith. The County reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, or any part of any Bid, to waive any informality in any Bid, or to re-advertise for all or part of the work contemplated. Bidder to whom a Contract has been awarded must deliver to the County, executed, separate performance and payment bonds on the prescribed forms, each in an amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract price of the accepted Bid proposal
