The Board is seeking bids from qualified Audio/Visual (A/V) companies to install a new sound and light system in the gymnasium of the following school: - ESC Saint-Charles-Garnier, 4101 Badwin St S, Whitby. The current sound and system is outdated and in need of replacement/upgrades to accommodate the functions held in the gym and needs of the users. The maximum budget for this project is $ 150,000.00. The scope includes but is not limited to: - Remove and dispose of the existing sound and light system. - Supply, deliver and install the new equipment required for the sound and light system replacement as per requirement. - Installation to include the electrical distribution to power new system. - Include all necessary rigging, hardware. Wiring and cable - Set up, tune the new system. - Training: The contractor will conduct one (1) training session of two (2) hours with the principal and required staff in order to instruct them on the operation of the new display system. This will include how to search, backup, download, and all other operations of the system. The training sessions are to take place no later than one week following the final inspection. - Documentation: the contractor will be requested to provide all relevant documentation including user and administrator guides, configuration/setup, general maintenance manual and all training materials following implementation of the signs.
