Agua Fria Union High School District #216 is seeking a qualified and certified firm to provide preventative maintenance and repairs on all central plants districtwide. Locations and equipment list is attached. The District reserves the right to add other locations as needed. Awarded contractor will be required to schedule maintenance inspections on a quarterly and semi-annual basis. Central plants consist of chillers, chilled and hot water loops, fan coil units, boilers, circulating pumps, cooling towers, water treatment equipment and associated electrical equipment downstream of but including the disconnects, contactors, circuit breakers, part of the switchgear. motor control components, load centers, fuses and distribution panels supplying central plant equipment. Agua Fria Union High School District is seeking to enter into a contract with a qualified vendor to provide cooling and heating through service and maintenance of central plants supplying chilled and hot water at Agua Fria High School including New Directions/Coldwater Academy building, Desert Edge High School, Millennium High School, Verrado High School and Canyon View High School. The District may add other locations throughout the course of the contract as needed.
