Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Stevens Point, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; for site work for a municipal facility; water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.
In general, the work consists of: removal and replacement of approximately 40 LF of sanitary sewer, 30 is external to the building, 10 is within the building. Project also involves the removal and replacement of site concrete and mulch and interior carpeting and concrete floor.
