Site work and paving for a road / highway in Stevens Point, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
As of 07/20/2021 No start and end date. As of 07/13/2021 This project will go to Council on July 19, 2021 for final approval. The Work includes approximately 61,500 square yards of chip seal, 61,500 square yards of seal coat special (fog seal), 40,000 square yards of seal coat special (GSB-88), infrared patching, traffic control, and incidental and miscellaneous items. All applicable charter and statutory provisions and ordinances are incorporated into the contract. The successful bidder shall be required to conform to all Federal, State and local safety requirements. The Board of Public Works reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informality in the bidding. Bids may be held by the Board of Public Works for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days from the date of opening of the bids for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of bidders, prior to awarding of the contract. Pre qualification of bidders will not be required.
