The County of Portage Wisconsin (County), through its Purchasing Department (Purchasing), requests bids to establish a contract for the purchase of pavement milling and reclaiming services in 2024. Date of award, through 12/31/2024. The contractor awarded the bid shall provide the County with an assurance of performance and payment for 100% of the contract amount as required in Wis Any communications or questions regarding the specifications, or special conditions of bid should be written and submitted to Purchasing as soon as possible, but no later than 2PM on 2/22/2024. Purchasing will respond to questions if necessary, by issuing an official addendum, posted on Vendor Net and on the Portage County Website. The County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids/proposals, to waive any technicality in any bid/proposal submitted, request clarification of any bid/proposal,
