**As of April 16, 2024, the project was awarded to Maurer Roofing in the amount of $222,690.60.** The contractor has made a proposal in writing to the Board of Public Works to furnish the material, equipment, labor and everything necessary for the completion of the work herein mentioned for the City, for the unit prices and within the time specified in the Contract Documents and according to the Contract Documents therefore on file in the City Engineering Department and the City has awarded the work to the Contractor according to law. 2024 Streets Department Roof System Replacement Project Site Address: 100 Sixth Avenue City: Stevens Point County: Portage State/Province: WI Site Directions: Project is Located at 100 Sixth Avenue Est. Completion Date: Sept. 30, 2024 Bids are invited for the replacement of the roof assemblies at the Stevens Point City Streets Department Garage Building located at 100 Sixth Avenue. Work includes installation of a hot asphalt applied modified bitumen built up roofing assembly. The work called for in the Contract Documents shall include the furnishing and installation of all roofing materials, insulation, fasteners, metal work, and other materials deemed to be a part of the overall system as specified in the Contract Documents. The Owner will be purchasing all identified quantities of materials direct through the Omnia Partners Contract as identified on the bid form.
