Letterkenny Army Depot (LEAD) intends to issue a hybrid Firm Fixed Price (FFP) and Time-and-Materials (T&M) requirements contract for the preventive maintenance and unscheduled maintenance for multiple types of Blast & Paint Booth's with one base year and two (2) option years. A performance work statement (PWS) will be posted with the solicitation. The procurement will be set-aside 100% for small business. The 2023 North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 811310 - Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance; the size standard is $12.5 million; and the Product Service Code (PSC) is J036 - Maint/repair/rebuild Of Equipment- Special Industry. This will be Freight On Board (FOB) destination to Letterkenny Army Depot, Chambersburg, PA 17201-4150. Solicitation number W911N2-24-R-0021 will be released on or about 27 May 2024, with a closing date on or about 27 June 2024. The annotated closing date for the solicitation is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the release of the solicitation.
