Saving Project...

Site work for a water / sewer project in Savannah, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

This project will consist of removal of existing pipes and structures, installation of storm water pipes and structures, construction or modification of open channels, utility adjustments, and associated work as shown on the plans. This project is funded in part or in whole by the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA). The work consists of removal of existing pipes and structures, installation of storm water pipes and structures, construction or modification of open channels, utility adjustments, and associated work as shown on the plans. Traffic will be impacted but roadway and property access must be maintained at all times unless otherwise directed. Capacity for storm water flow must be maintained at all times, although temporary blockages are acceptable. Erosion and sedimentation control plans are provided and must be implemented prior to and maintained during construction. Coordination with utility providers is also included Liquidated Damages shall be assessed at $500 per calendar day for work not completed within the Contract period. The full amount of liquidated damages will be deducted from the final payment to the Contractor.
