Location: U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Richard L. Schafer Dam, Success Lake, 29330 Highway 190, Porterville, CA 93257. All questions for this solicitation must be submitted in writing, via email, to the POCs listed below. All questions must be submitted 10 days prior to the quote due date. Thursday, January 11, 2024 at 11:00AM is the cut off for questions to be submitted. No additional questions will be accepted after this date. Description: The purpose of this Performance Work Statement (PWS) is to procure contractor services to rehabilitate both evaporation ponds and provide a fully functioning sewage treatment pond system. Evaporation Pond #1 is approximately 200 ft x 205 ft x 8 ft. Evaporation Pond #2 is approximately 150 ft x 200 ft x 8 ft. 3.1 Contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, materials, services, and equipment, etc. to effectuate completion of this project. Material and equipment used shall be rated for the environment in which installed. a. Contractor is responsible for the test equipment and welding machine(s) needed to install the liners and ensure the evaporative ponds are functioning correctly without any leaks. b. Inspect/survey site to validate project area and set any required perimeter controls. 3.2 Meet with USACE Contracting Officer Representative (COR) to ascertain a clear understanding of the project guidelines and scope. a. Prior to commencing work, provide for Government approval a schedule, phased work plan, and or a plan of action on how the project will be executed
