Roof replacement shall include the removal of all existing layers of roof covering down to the roof deck, dispose of all waste off site. Prepare surface and install new UL listed Class A single ply fully adhered roofing system. The project is located at Porterville Developmental Center, 26501 Avenue 140, Porterville, CA 93257. Specifically: 23 N. Sequoia Dr., 30 N. Circle Drive, and 320 Palm Ave at the Plant Operations Modular #5.
