Contractor agrees to provide labor, tools and equipment to perform work required to service Two (2) Detroit, 2000 KW/2400/4160 volt, one (1) Olympian, 105.4 KW/120/208 volt, and 4 portable emergency standby generator sets and applicable switch gear and fuel tanks for generators and boilers. Some items are to be done at regular intervals, four (4) times during the Agreement year and some items only once. See Exhibit A of the IFB for the description of required services. The terms of this Agreement will be July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2027.
