Please use the link below to access the portal or for more information pleasecontact the Issuing Officer** The City of Bend invites Sealed Bids for construction of the SilverSage Sewer Project (1SN06). The project consists of construction of new gravity sewer main with a small amount of pressure sewer through areas primarily served by private septic systems.The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, trenching and installation of approximately 3,171LF of 8-inch gravity sewerpipeline and 376 LF of 3-inch pressure sewer pipeline at depthsapproximately 3 -13 feet, sewer manholes, gravity sewer services, temporary traffic control,street reconstruction, stormwaterimprovements and general rightof way restoration. The Engineer'sestimate is between $2,110,000and $3,160,000. The project will be funded by the Clean Water State RevolvingFund, administered through Oregon Department of Environmental Quality. The project is subject to the provisions of ORS279C.800 through 279C.870 andthe Federal Davis-Bacon Act and the higher of the two prevailingwages will be required to be paid. Only prequalified bidders who attend shall be eligible to submit a Bid. If a hard copy of the Bidis submitted without prior coordination with the Issuing Officer,the Bid will be returned (unopened) to the Bidder without consideration.
